Hoorn ( anhören ⓘ /?) ( westfriesisch Hoorn) ist eine niederländische Stadt im Osten der Provinz Nordholland, die in der Region West-Friesland liegt. In der Gemeinde wohnen 75.230 Menschen (Stand 1. Januar 2023) auf einer Grundfläche von rund 53 km². Hiervon sind rund 33 km² Wasser. Die Orte Blokker und Zwaag gehören ebenfalls zur Gemeinde.

Stadsstrand Hoorn. Het stadsstrand van Hoorn ligt prachtig aan het Markermeer aan de rand van de stad. In mei 2023 is het eerste deel van het strand opgeleverd en in 2024 is het hele strand klaar.
